It is against the law to sell or indeed supply alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order you must be at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt they will request some form of identification. If they are not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the goods.
Orders and Payment:
To purchase our products through this website, select ‘Brewery Shop’ and place your order by selecting ‘Add to Cart’.
When completing your contact details, please provide a daytime contact number as well as an email address. This enables us and our courier to contact you about the delivery and the date/time of delivery.
Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will offer to supply you with substitute goods or you can agree to wait until the goods are available. If you decide to cancel the order due tom to unavailability of the goods you have ordered there will be no contract between us.
Delivery / Faulty goods
All prices include duty, VAT, postage & packing. We will only deliver to the UK mainland.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.
If the goods supplied are faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to cancel the order and claim a full refund.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or the expected delivery date by telephone (01953 457775), e-mail (
firstname.lastname@example.org) or post (Wolf Brewery, Decoy Farm, Norwich Road, Besthorpe, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 2LA). We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 14 working days after from the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the unopened goods to us at your own expense within 14 days. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from when the goods are received by us.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms were introduced on 12 April 2013 and updated on ……..2015. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
ILLEGALITY: If the advertising, offering for sale, or selling of the goods and / or services referred to on this Site is illegal for any reason in the jurisdiction in which it is accessed or viewed, whether by virtue of the age of the person seeking to view it or otherwise, access to and / or viewing of such material is not authorised by Wolf Brewery.
